Don't give any published numbers to a rigger. They're almost always different. The best thing to do is measure what you have now and give them that as a basis to work off of. You'll find variations from boat to boat of the same model
Interesting. The notes on SailboatData for the MacGregor 25 says the Venture 25 was a masthead rig, but their page on the Venture 25 says it was fractional.
