I finally found a way to lift the boat off it's trailer. My neighbor is building a welding room and this is the frame for the building. I backed the boat under it and strapped her up. I had to take the tires off and put plywood under the hubs to roll it out. Now it is off to the paint shop for sandblasting and powder coating.
