I know this has been going around in circles to the point of getting really dizzy.

How much difference does the M-25XPA & M-25XPB have than the M-25XP. I'm trying to put a list together of replacement parts. I know that the M-25XP is the Kabota D950. The cross reference part numbers are what I'm trying to sort out. Any feed back would be great.

Cheers & Thanks

Only question I have: What engine do YOU have? That'd be the only one I'd be concerned with. Unless you're doing a Public Service and making this list up for others.:)

The Catalina 310s were made with the M25-XPB, sometimes referred to as the M25-XPBC with the "C" being for Catalina. Well except for hulls 1-3, IIRC, that were made with Yanmars.

FYI for future search; From the Toad website:

M25XPA Model Engine
Produced from: March, 1993 to August, 1996
About the M25XPA series: This engine uses the same parts as the M25XP but is wired like the M25XPB.

Bob I also have a 14 3 blade run at 2000 give me 5kts 2500 6kts but as I'm retired getting anywhere fast is not in the cards. So we sail anywhere from 3-7kts been in winds 35kts and boat handles like a dream.

Been away and busy! The engine I have is the M-25XPB and yes I would surely share what ever I can put together. This forum has been a god send for me being a fairly new sailor.:D Since I've started sailing the learning curve is mind boggling, so input from fellow sailors is TRUELY appreciated.
