I'm afraid to say that about a 1/4 gallon of diluted liquid lysol was dumped into one of the heads(and flushed) where I use KO. I believe my bacteria.... are dead. How can I recommision the tank? Gil

That couldn't have been an accident. 
Pump out the tank, then rinse it out very thoroughly...add a few gallons of water down the deck pumpout fitting, pump out...repeat, repeat, repeat...until what's being pumped out is just clean water. Btw...that should be done several times a season anyway--as a matter of routine tank maintenance to get rid of any sludge accumulation...especially when preparing to winterize the system.
