Lucas CAV DPA injector pump manual

we are rebuilding mine from a Perkins 4108. I need either/or:
a shop manual for the injector pump
a copy of the schematics or blowup of the injector pump
a site to find info on the injector pump(tried TAD, etc.)

And did anyone else rebuild theirs? Mine pees/leaks from the govornor.

I just replaced mine on a 4-107. Rebuilt pump out the door for $575. Cheapest price I found. The unit was bench tested and tuned before I got it. I bolted it on, matched the timimg marks, bled the lines, turned the key and it started right up. My Perky has never run smoother.

Did you just trade in the core for a new rebuilt? or did they rebuild your existing unit?

How is the installation going? Mine was interesting. I had to use a mirror to line up the splines and wrestle it around the exhaust manifold backwards and upside down inside of a lazzerette next to the engine.. The simplest part of the job took me 2 hours to accomplish. Have paitence.
