Does anyone know where I can pick up a tank that will fit in the storage locker of my 320 other than Hunter? I think I must have hosed up mine when I removed it for the first time as nobody seems to be able to fill it..... :ugh:. I am using little disposable ones until I get this fixed. I figured I would just order two and carry a full spare once I find of these little shorties. West and Boat US don't seem to have one the right size.

Do you know the brand?

Greg: Hunter usually has very good prices. You may have a Seaward tank. You can find them at www.seawardproducts.com West Marine does carry these. What could you have done to mess the thing up? Maybe you just need to replace the valve. Take it to a Propane shop and see if they can figure it out. You are NOT going to be happy with the price of a new tank.

Local LP Gas Company

We got a spare for our 320 at the local LP gas distributor, the same one that fills the local tanks. It was $45 for steel, and $130 for aluminum. They make all kinds of sizes.

New Tanks

I bought a new Worthington tank (same as Hunter supplies with the boat) through West Marine, but it was a special order. They are 1 gallon steel tanks (the manual shows the wrong size). The cost is about $100. Word of caution: The lid on the boat doesn't shut completely with two tanks in the locker. My problem was solved by cutting two holes in the top of the lift off top for the tanks to stick through. The lift off top is not part of the containment system, but is just to hold the tanks in place.
