LP Tank Certification

Just filled my LP tanks (yeah, cold here in Florida). They refused one tank as it's out of certification. He just said that "you need to send it in" to get certified. I do this with Scuba tanks so no big deal, but I'm having trouble locating one for small LP tanks.

Any ideas? Or, just buy new ones?

Get them recertified at Amerigas in Fort Lauderdale Local AmeriGas Propane Office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Do not know about Florida, but the local Oregon Propane company did the certification on my tanks. Cost $25 per tank. Dropped off in the morning, they got to it by lunch time and I picked them up around 2pm.

Ease project. I think good for 10 years. Now I'll have to check.
