I submitted a couple of questions on the AskAHunterOwner forum about 2 or 3 weeks ago. Now I want to post a reply to these threads, but I was neglectful and did not save a link to the threads as a "favorite" or in the Forum ThreadTracker system. I cannot find my own threads now because no one has posted to them within a week, and therefore they do not show up on the active list. They are, however, not old enough to appear in the archives when I search there. I've also tried with the "search by date" function, but they appear to be just too old for the dates in the drop-down menu. Am I missing something obvious here? I consider myself to be pretty computer savy as I have been programming the silly things for way too many years now. How to I get to these forum threads in the forbidden zone? Thanks for your help, Den Drown Hunter 34 "Kojos'a"

Den, Don't freak, the site is in transition, Phil

is working on it. Features are in flux. Give it a day or so.

Archive protocol

Hi Den, Posts are archived after 8 days without a reply.... unfortunately, we are experiencing a problem with our archive server which is where your posts now reside. We archive after 8 days to keep the menus from getting too long, which makes them slow to load and bogs down the whole site. Check the archives late tomorrow or the day after and you should find them.

Thanks

OK, that makes sense. And once a thread goes into the archives, you can't add responses to it, right? I guess I've gotta stay on the ball.

That's right

But it's easy... just post to it now and then to keep it alive.
