How fast was the boat going?
What kind of insurance do you have on the boat? Is this a repair that might be covered. Although, given the value of a 32 year old boat the insurance company would probably declare this a total constructive loss as the repair may cost could be equal to or more than the value of the boat. Sorry.
It is difficult to tell how much damage there is to the keel and the hull without being at the boat. When a keel hits an underwater object or has a hard grounding the damage often extends beyond the keel and into the hull and interior structures. The keel acts as lever when it hits something and transmits the forces to the back of the keel where it mates to the hull. The impact can cause the hull to delaminate just aft of the keel, it can cause damage to the interior structures and break tabbing or bonding between the hull and interior pan. The hull area in front of the keel can also be damaged as the front of the keel will pull down on the hull causing it to delaminate or damage the bulkhead tabbing.
The keel bolts and keel sump should be inspected. Is there evidence of the bolts pulling down through the fiberglass? Are there any cracks on in the fiberglass? Are the nuts tight or loose?
Photos might help us be a little more specific, however a knowledgeable and experienced person should evaluate it in person. It might be wise to hire a marine surveyor to inspect and provide guidance on the repair.
