I havnt repaired specifically a hunter 25 but when I tightened up mine, the boat yard loaned me the wrench to tighten them. After that I layed new fiberglass all the way around the keel joint and faired it out. After that I was applying interlux 2000 to the entire hull which might not be needed but I wanted to redue the bottom.
