I realize that the same basic trim controls work on loose footed mains, but am wondering if you have any special considerations, since the trim will vary by outhaul position, and induces considerable draft to the sail.A situation a lot of Hunter owners with in mast furling have is leech flutter. The only way I have found to eliminate is is to haul down hard on the leech cord, ,then ease off the outhaul until the flutter stops(to windward).Any tricks we should be keeping in the back pocket???
