Ryan -- the F305s seem pretty hard to come by! First, you should probably accept the fact that you will be moving a boat from wherever it is to your location. It's not as hard as it may seem, just takes a little coordination and of course $$. I just bought a F285 and here are some suggestions on good places to find boats:
1) Yachtworld.com (these are all brokerage boats, you can search by nationwide and worldwide). They have two active listings in Canada right now, the links:

4) Google "craigslist search" -- there are a few ways to do nationwide searches on craigslist. The F305 probably isn't the caliber boat you normally find on craigslist, but it's worth a shot. Boats on craigslist tend to be cheaper than through other venues.
5) Ebay -- check it once a week.
6) You can also google "beneteau first 305 for sale". It's another shot in the dark but every now and then listings show up from oddball places.
