Looking to add a Hunter 22 stern rail/ladder

I am looking to add a stern rail and a swim ladder to a newly purchased 1982 Hunter 22. I looked at one from a precision 18/21, but will have to take some measurements to see if they will work. They are pricey.
I was wondering if anyone has done something like this?

I had a factory mounted folding ladder on my '87 Hunter 23. Liked it. Here is an option that I found that looks pretty much the same as mine:
