Try a bulletin board
at both the local yacht clubs and marinas. Some times, they will have web sites where you can post for crew. There are usually a few people who want to sail and will make a good crew (after training). Treat them well and you can develop a long term, reliable crew. As yoiu are only looking for weekend crew, the national boards will probably not be too productive. Steve Alchemist C-320 #909
