Original Hunter Cushion Manufacturer
You might want to check out US Yacht Cushions in St. Petersburg, Florida. They made the original equipment cushions for Hunter from about '86 to '92, and can probably handle most Hunters from '82 to '94 from patterns they have on hand. They can be reached at (727) 528-9644. I am currently replacing the cushions on my '89 Hunter Vision 32. After a lot of research, including checking out some local upholstery places that were recommended by fellow boaters, I chose to go with US Yacht Cushions. They are extremely knowledgeable, very accommodating, and their price was very reasonable, even with shipping. As an example, I spent an hour on the phone discussing foam weights, densities, and cost trade-offs, subjects they knew well but I didn't. They made suggestions that a local upholsterer probably wouldn't have known about or considered, but will most likely give me a better, more comfortable, longer lasting cushion. I would recommend checking them out before making any decisions.
