1987 26.5' main mast hayard pully

Greetings! my father has a Hunter 26.5 (1987). His question is whether the bearing that runs the pully at the top of the mast for the main halyard is a sealed bearing, or whether it needs to be lubricated occassionally? Has anyone had any issues with this pully or bearing? I appreciate your response!
