Im wanting to purchase a Code 0, Assymetric spinnaker and staysail for Beneteau 48 in Europe.
Does anybody know of a good sailmaker ?

Suggest sourcing a Code 0 and Assymetric spinnaker on-line as I did from Peak Sails since it does not require on boat measurement.

IMO, measurements are needed for every sail, if you want the sailmaker to guarantee it will fit and perform optimally.

When I purchased both an asymmetrical spinnaker and top down furler I provided the sail furler maker all the required measurements. They both fit perfectly.
