Looking for Pearson 23 manual

I just purchased a '79 Pearson 23' and was wondering if there was an owner's manual or similar document for this boat. Does anybody have one they would be willing to scan for me or is there a purchasable copy available?

Thanks. The boats in storage for the winter and I would love to have something to remind me that I really have it.
