The manual for my Ranger 29 was a few pages of typed text and the line drawings. I don’t remember there being much about racing.
Sailnet if they still exist had a Ranger group. There was a Ranger 23 owners website. We’ve been having a discussion here, “Sail Trim and Aerodynamics” a la Avril Gentry, who I believe was a long time principal in the class owners association. Search his name (Which I may not have spelled correctly.)
Ranger 23 is a versatile pocket cruiser that can win in phrf.

The Kent Ranger is from a completely different company and would have no connection at all with the Gary Mull-designed Ranger 23 discussed here.
