I'm looking for an O'day 25 built in 1979 or after, I'm looking for the model that has the slide out on the port side settee.

The slide out is just a piece of half inch plywood. It could be added to any 25.

That guy who I had told you about who owns an O'Day 25 in Raynham Ma. still has his boat for sale. I'm not sure what year it is but it has the centerboard pendant line accessible in the cockpit. The inside needs some work and I think the transom has some issues that need to be addressed. It has an anchor locker on the bow. I don't know if it has a slide out board on the Port quarter birth. It's sitting on a real decent tandem trailer that modified to hold this boat. He was a member of our club when he first got the boat and he launched it but never took to sailing. He bought a powerboat and never rejoined the club the following year.

Thanks, I'm aware of that boat but it's too far to go. I'm hoping to find something in FL or at least the southern southeast.

Good luck with your search John. I'm sure you'll find one. It's a popular boat and there are plenty of them out there.
