Any short wave radio will get the weather reports. Sometimes you have to be creative with the antenna to pull down the weak signals though. I use a Sony 2010 and 20 or 30 feet or wire clipped to the whip antenna. If you want weather faxes you will need to plug the radio into a computer (through the sound card) and download some free software. It is easy to set up and try at home.
