looking for new bathroom tap handles for a hunter 420 passage

Hello, I have 2002 hunter 420 passage. It has the same tap handles on both the showers and bathroom sinks. The handles are a plastic of some kind on a brass cartridge. The handles are starting to strip - I don't know if they are some kind of standard handle or if they are a specific to hunter handle. Has anyone successfully sourced these handles?

Replacae the faucets with single lever handles. Time to upgrade.

I have bought them on this site because I have been too lazy to upgrade. Pro tip: take off the plastic hot and cold labels and they are interchangeable! Aren't I clever.

oh, I think I just found it on the hunter shop, under hunter 42 (wasn't there under 420) Hunter 42 faucet knobs, triangular

You can also replace them with just about any type bought from a hardware supply store (Lows/Home). The tricky part is the connection to your water system. The connectors for the household ones will most likely need an adaptor for the threads to match. Recommend you take the connector to your system with you and match in the store. Saves a few trips.
