Hi folks, need a mainsail for a 75 Oday 22. Any advice on where to look? I know about Rudy, was hoping someone may know where one may be or a good place to look. Thanks Jack Hart Conover, NC
Try some of the off shore sail makers. I've had the same main & jib for 34 years on my "22" Won't win any races, but they still work fine for general daysailing.
I ordered one from Wayne at Porpoise Sailing in florida. it's about $385 plus shipping. Its nothing special but has everything you'd expect at that price. 5 oz dacron cloth, 1 set of reefing lines. I have not received mine yet so we'll see how it comes out. He has them made in Thailand and shipped over to him. He's placing an order on the 5th of this month so you may want to talk to him.
