Had One
Had a 1976 with the long, leaky port lights. Sold it to a fellow who became a friend. He sank it on the rocks at Liberty State park on the Hudson. Not sure either of us misses it. Did a lot of work on it. (Had to) Anything you need to know about it? PS>>>> Don't run it up on rocks. The pounding will open up the base of the keel fin like a can of cat food and allow your lead ballast, the 2000 lb. slug and the 500 additional needed pounds into the drink, after which your Lancer will definitely sail rail down. Very far down!
