Looking for Fantasia 35 on East Coast US

Hey folks, my wife and I are looking to move aboard in the next year and I'm very keen on the Fantasia 35. I've owned a Flicka and really appreciate Bingham's design. We're in Virginia but open to most of East Coast. There is currently a project Fantasia in Maine that I'm looking into but wouldn't be sad to find a more complete boat.

They look to be a pretty boat. I see one listed a 1978 Fantasia 35 in Anacortes WA.

Yeah I have seen that boat and called about it, definitely not completely off our list but it needs a decent amount of work (the area under the mast step is rotten.

Yes. That is not shown in the YouTube video.
No experience with the Isuzu diesel. Must have had an engine failure to have repowered 500 hours ago.
