I have seen 2" or 3" diamond webbing between the life lines and the deck on a number of boats for child protection. I have looked for it on line and can't find it. Can anyone tell me where it can be purchased? What is it called? (I'm a grandfather now)

There is nothing more precious

than grandchildren! I have this netting from the pulpit to the first stantion. It is really handy in that it prevents the genoa from blowing overboard when singlehanding. It could provide a false sense of security regarding children. Regards, Bob B.

Steve, I use sports netting that is usually available on ebay, really good for my purpose (Jr. the wonder dog) but I don't know as is strong enough for children...Two 24"x30' pieces cost me $38.00.
