Looking for a Surveyor Recommendation in Baltimore area

We are in the process of completing purchase on a used Hunter Legend 35.5 and need to find a good surveyor to check her out before we finalize the deal. The boat is currently on the hard in Havre de Grace, MD.

Any recommendations on surveyors?

He is a sailor and was extremely thorough. He also takes that time to go through each system with you and makes the survey educational as well as technical.

He did my boat in July. Had a PDF file of the survey within two days.

He's most active and quite reknown in the Annapolis Area ... and is a very meticulous surveyor. However make sure that he (or any other surveyor) understands that what you want is an 'insurance survey' and that specialized 'condition survey' documentation is by separate or additional report so your insurance carrier doesnt become 'confused' and unduly & unnecessarily require 'port risks', etc. before such 'inconsequential condition beyond insurance needs' are corrected.
