I just purchased a 1976 Catalina 22, and I'm not sure I'm enamoured with the sliding galley. To me, it seems to take up a lot of space and add a lot of weight for the function it provides. I plan to pull mine out for the time being (it needs a serious cleaning anyway) and see whether I miss it. Perhaps mine will be available. I'm curious how well other C22 owners like their sliding galleys?
