I am out here from Oklahoma visiting my girlfriend in Ventura. I have been down to the Harbor many times and have watched many boats sail out of the Harbor and many moored ones too. Some are gorgeous and very well maintained. I would love to catch a ride for her and I on Friday or Saturday. I leave out early on Sunday. She learned to sail while young and loves the ocean, water and boating, as well as the wind in her hair. I have sailed tons starting in the late 70's, grew up here in SoCal but moved away in 1980 to attend college and continued sailing on lakes. They are just not the ocean.
So I was hoping to meet a fellow owner who would be into having us join them for a cruise out of this area. I am also considering moving out here in time and would love to discuss what all this area has to offer for us sailors.
