Since we can't sail because of the drought, I'm catching up on some projects. I need a jam/clam cleat that starts at 1/4" line and goes up. Not a cam cleat because it needs to be narrow. I guess it's not a "vertical" cleat eitner because I want the integral fairlead. Any leads ? Thanks.

I've seen that one Dave But the line size is 1/8" - 1/4" (3mm-6mm) . I need to start at 1/4" and be able to use a little thicker line in the future if I need to.

Google search followed by clicking the "image" tab yielded a ka-jillion options.

BUT! If you search "clam cleat with fairlead" and then "image" tab, it narrows considerably to only a five.

That size should work. Never ordered from Vela before.
It's for my Dutchman lead. I'm running it back to the cockpit instead of having to cleat it to the mast. This way I'll use it correctly, more often. I'll post a pic when I get finished. Prepare to be amazed!

Clam cleats are great. One caveat, they don't hold Dyneema very well. At least that was my experience.
