I am looking to replace a damaged mast on my 1984 Catalina 30. The step is also damaged. Anyone know of any around? Located in CT.

the best I would suggest, is buy new or look on craigslist.... on craigslist you might have to range out away from your location... also you will probably have to pay high transportation cost or be ready to get it yourself....

when I got demasted, I found it easier to get another boat... I had about $4,000 damage to my boat... deck damage...

I made a deal on another boat.... I got a 1967 Kittiwake 23 full keel boat... my friends say I stole it.... I traded a sharps 40" flat HDTV for it, still new in the box, box never opened.... I got the TV as a present (free)... hence how I stole the boat..heheheheeeee.......

If you do the facebook thing there is a group on there "the Catalina 30 Sailboat Owners Group", there's a guy on there that parts out boats. He may not have something now but you never know.

I'd think the problem is shipping, it's got to be like 45 feet long, that's like flatbed shipping. I guess you could try and find a uShip trucker that is headed that way and your way and throw it on of you had some time flexibility...call Roy, lol....
