I have a 1989 pearson 36' which i've owned for 5 years & which i might consider selling, mainly for health reasons (heart surgery 2 yrs ago). it's in pretty good shape, sails well, 35 hp yanmar with est 1200 hrs. sails replaced 3 yrs ago, canvas replaced 2 yrs ago, probably needs new batteries, electrasan , a/c. my e-mail "jockwright@s-l-law.com", 610 651-4900
