That's not an O'DAY 25 Manual, I have a copy of the same book that was provided by O'DAY to the original owner of my DS II. It is a great booklet from Neil Pryde Sails, but as mentioned...pretty general.
I have a copy of the O'DAY 25 Owners Manual (really it is based on 1978 model and later, but 99% of it applies to the full 1975-83 production run) I actually have expanded the original 2-sided 11" x 17" sheet to booklet form with added diagrams and updated to better cover the full 1975-83 production run. (I offer copies for $10 to cover printing and postage)
You could also contact Rudy at D&R Marine (508) 644-3001 he sells copies of that original 2-side sheet for around $7.00 plus $3.00 shipping.

Your 1975 O'Day 25 and I'm assuming that it is a keel/centerboard sloop which has a winch with cable attached to it located on the table stanchion down below for the centerboard. This cable can be replaced with braid line, as the centerboard pretty light in weight and is made of Fiberglas. Talk to Rudy at D&R Marine about this.
This of course is something not found in the owner's manual but it's worth knowing about.
