Columbia T-26

I have owned this boat for over 10 years and have nothing but praise for it. I traded it for a 36-foot watkins but after 2 years, I sold the Watkins and bought back my T-26. If you are looking for one, I recently saw a T-26 advertised for sale (sail) in the Sailboat Trader magazine. I'll try to find it and send you the phone number. After keeping my boat in the water for years, I had a trailer made (modified an old trailer) and now tow my boat to save boring sailing time. It tows easily with my 95 Chev p/u with a 350 eng. good luck ps You're in luck, I found the ad in the Nov. 21 sailboat trader. It might still be for sale since it has been in the mag for the past few months. Two c-26 MKII for Sale

Check with Gateway Marina, located on Flatbush Ave, Brooklyn, NY. I bought a 1970 C-26 MKII two years ago that was 90% refurbished. Great Boat! Gateway has two for sale that need to be refurbished, but you could probally get either one of them for a couple hundred dollars. The Marina took possesion of the boats for payments owed and are not in the boat sale business. They just want the boats out of the yard. They are both in decent shape. Good luck.

C-26MKII For sale

In regards to previous e mail Gateway Marina just dragged off one of the C-26's for demolition. Couldn't believe it. It is now located in Gateway Park waiting for the parks department to crush it up. As per the other one I believe it may still be over at the Marina. Give them a call and take it for free.
