Looking at buying

My questions are about a Hunter 1992 30T.
Quality? What is a good/fair price in todays environment? Is this boat easily sailed solo?
What are the sailing characteristics? Any other points of interest one would like to add.

Great Boat

Check for other boats for sale to get an idea what it might be worth. The boat is a great boat. It does not point as well as a fin keel but sails pretty well. It is easy to solo. I use a pole downwind going wing and wing and can usually do better than most other 30 footers I am sailing against. I just have a hard time making groung pointing. I have done a lot of upgrades (A/C, refrigeration, electric head, temp and oil gages, etc.)
