Hi all. I currently own a 1976 Catalina 27 and am looking to purchase a 34. I was on a 1991 yesterday that seems to be well maintained and I was impressed with the boat. Shoal draft, tall rig, a little over 1200 hours on the engine. Didn't notice any soft spots or cracking. The cabin floor boards were very slightly warped but nothing has any sign of water intrusion so it may be from the years of Florida humidity (no a/c or refrigeration). I will have a survey done and have her hauled but if anyone has any input for known problem areas or things I should look for it would be greatly appreciated. I haven't joined the C34 forum yet as I'm just getting started so I thought I would start here. Any suggestions on a fair price is also helpful. Thanks!
