Looked at what should have been a nice boat

Took a precursory look at what might have been a nice old boat. I'm kind of new to the boat world so there is lots of things I don't about boat maintenance. The boat is on a trailer so a good time to look over the hull. Probably a "walk away flag" but there has been quite a bit of some kind of filler troweled on and then painted over with barrier paint.
Is there any marine product that could be used to patch possibly blisters on a hull that looks like plain old Bondo? I found a wad of what to me looks for all the world like plain old automotive Bondo on one of the jack pads.

There are fillers used in the final stages of fiberglass repair that are similar to Bond-O. Normally, though, they are sanded, faired and painted over so that the repair is not visible.

What I would do

Is just walk away. If someone doesn't know how to do a repair and does it half a&%, there is no telling what else has been done the same way. And someone who will do something like this will more than likely try to cover up other faults.

+1 with easy....except run, dont walk, run and never look back, you can deal with making repairs but re-repairing something means you have to undo what was done wrong, go deeper to get out the problem that has continued to progress under the band-aid repair, then build it back up right.
