Long trips in a Hunter 27?

I've been reading about Hunter sail boats sense I bought my 1981 Hunter 27 this past summer. I've heard the capsize rait of this boat is about 1.92 which is very good. I have not seen anything about long voyages with a Hunter 27 however. Has anyone taken a Hunter to say England, Hawaii, around the Horne or done some other feet that would make his fellow Hunter 27 owners sit up and take notice?

Is Tom Manalili's annual migration of a Hunter 27. See his owner review for the modifications he did to prepare for blue water. Olivier is planning to sail from the Netherlands to the Caribbean. There are several threads on the Cherubini forum or archives about his preparations.I've done hundreds of miles on the Great Lakes on ours.DavidLady Lillie
