The Hunter logo on the sides of the cabin on my 1985, 23' boat are in need of replacement. Might anyone know the PMS colors for each of the three blues?

The logo and the stripes are separate.. a few years back I inquired about replacing mine and was told that they could get the logo sticker ("Hunter" and the sailboat graphic on one sheet), but I would have to find the stripes elsewhere. Since it is the same stuff that is used for auto pinstriping, any auto parts or auto painting supplier should have the right size, but you will need to cut the tapers/angles yourself.

Brad: I have a very good decal maker locally and can give her a photo of the logo to copy. I have a PMS chart and can compare but I'm also sure that since '85 the decals have faded a "little". That's why I was wondering about the PMS match. I called Hunter today and they directed me to this Forums. I'm new to this Forum and I appreciate everyone's help.

We own a vinyl shop and made a set of these for our 23 last year, as well as replaced the associated striping. I have the vinyl that most closely matched what I figured to be the stock colors. If you are interested let me know and I can set you up.

I wanted to digitize the Hunter logo with the ship for an embroidery. Do you have an electronic file you can share with me. By the way, I also live in Indianapolis and have a boat at Giest and my son has a boat at Eagle Creek.

Sorry for the delay in replying...been at the racetrack too much this month! Anyway, yes we have an electronic file....digitizing software if need be. Good you are in Indy, we keep our boat on Eagle Creek.

I have a couple rolls of the stripes from hunter. The mfg was sharpline and the item codes (colors) are 6405-219 for the light blue and 6405-59 for the darker blue. The hunter logo is albertus medium according to Hunter. Hope this helps.
