locking a swing keel

I purchased a 1984 Catalina 22 .I see a warning sticker by the winch that lowers and raisesthe keel, stating that locking the keel is a must.If any of the seasoned sailers know how and where the lock is located please send a reply. I do not have any idea where else to look for the elusive lock

The keel lockdown bolt is located under the forward dinette seat (port side). I, too, always lock down my swing keel
