Location for a 20lb propane tank?

I would like to put a 20lb propane tank in one of the lockers in the cockpit of an '85 27'Catalina with an inboard. The port side cockpit locker is not sealed and houses the batteries. The aft lazzerette might work. Has anyone done this? If so where and what modifications were done?

20 Lbs. is really quite a large bottle for a 27,

my 270 came with a little squat bottle (4.25 lbs. or 1 gallon) mounted in a case (Seaward) mounted in portside aft lazzarette. Lasts for a year or more, but just using it for the 2 burner stove.
