elbow grease

Elbow grease is an essential ingredient for keeping the boat shiny and clean. I've never heard the other terms.

Potato power is what makes elbow grease necessary.

if you run all that machinery without elbow grease the bearings seize. But potato power makes the machinery work and shanks mare gets the machine down to the place where the work needs to be done. ;D
