Not That I've attempted it

It is not easy to get one to go off ballistically. When you hole one they leak and if you set a road flare next to one they just kinda torch off and burn for a while if they light off at all. It is almost as if they are designed not to blow up. I'll not admit to having attempted any such thing mind you. BTW gasoline cans are slightly easier to get to go BOOM.
