My 19' is listing to starboard and getting worse? The balast is empty and I can't find where the water is getting in or where it's lying? Does any body have drawings of how the 19' is made Ie:- Shape and placement of balast, and is there any cavaties surrounding the balast? I'd like to drill some holes to drain the water, but where do I drill? Any advise greatly appreciated.

Spare the drill

Chris, there is no hidden place for water to get trapped, don't use your drill. Any water outside the ballast tank would show up in the bilge and be noticeable through the two inspection openings in the sole aft. Did you add another battery or any extra weight on starboard ?, is your mast straight ? any chance that you left the transom valve open for a long time and bees constructed a nice beehive inside the ballast tank that is partially obstructing the port side ?
