For those who have never heard him sing, please give this guy a listen. He is a street singer from New Orleans. The man is old, black and blind, but his singing will bring a tear to your eye. Name is " grandpa elliot ". Find him on youtube, and particularly listen to Stand by me, Amazing Grace, and his version of God Bless America sung at Dodger Stadium. It's from the heart, and his talent would make many super stars jealous.

Yeah Russ, on hold for the time being. Had been having some problems with my back, and now kinda watching weather. Probably not going to head out now till after Christmas. Sending you a PM too.

Not much to do with boating, but if you like his music and have a social conscience, look up stunning music videos by "Playing for Change" on YouTube that include Grandpa Elliot. If you don't care about the world out there, don't bother.
