After an unusual period of 12 days without any activity on this e-mail
list, I'm sending this now as a test message to ensure the system is
still up and running. I do know that eGroups is merging with some other
group, and there's always a chance the software is down.

Hopefully this message goes through. Sorry to waste people's time with
this test!
