Installed a battery monitor this week so now I don't have to write down times and amps.
The house battery bank is the two 4Ds and the alternate is the start battery.

I was amazed with the accuracy.
Ran tests with the Fluke in line and compared readings with the LinkLITE.

Numbers are accumulative

Standby...................................... 4ma
Nav switch.................................. .40A
Inverter...................................... .65A
Computer................................... 3.40A
Monitor...................................... 4.5A to 5.0A
VHF............................................ 4.8A to 5.5A

So this my sailing load.

Paul, I just installed a LinkLite this year as well, and I am impressed so far with the perfromance. It's interesting to watch and see how much each item takes in power, and yes I have a fridge, DVD player, LCD screen..... as weel as all the other power toys.
