LinkLite Install

Finally installing a new Xantrex LinkLite battery monitor. I purchased the Xantrex installation kit and have read all the instructions that came with the parts (such as they are).
The kit comes with a six wire twisted pair cable using yellow, green, white, pink, brown, gray wires. There doesn't seem to be any notations about which color chooices should be used for which terminals.
Does it matter? Or is there a standard that should be observed.

I searched the forums but no luck. If I missed it, please point me in t he right directions. Thanks for any help in advance.

DEFAULTS are factory settings that are made to be modified to suit your setup.

Please also note the suggestion to download the Link 2000 manual to better understand how the system works, 'cuz the Link Lite instructions are not very good.

I did get that diagram with my Linklite. Maybe missed putting one in yours in the packing.
