I'm trying to find a link tang for my 15' robert jarman. But the thing is the one I have is U shaped on one side at the end, all the ones I'm seeing for sale at west marine with cotter pins on both ends. I know it would work but I would prefer keeping all the hardware uniform. Any ideas?

If you could post a picture of one that you already have that would help alot.

a photo would help to understand what you want, but even so, i think i have an idea....

if you were to purchase two of the singles of the same dimensions, and place them side by side..... then connect both ends together at the one end to create the single leg.... and then spread the other ends apart to make the "U" for the connection needed at the other end...
it isnt as sleek as a cast or welded part, but it will be just as strong....

If you bent just one of the link tang bars(shown in WM) in the middle to form a tight U would that be the same as what you have now?
