Some colors are worse than others.
Ron:I would have to partially agree with Jeff. The solid colors do not hold up as well as the white with the flecks. Solid red does not take too many years to become solid pink. The green and the blue is better.I would suggest that you try to use the solid colors once you run out of the other fleck options. The main thing is for visitors or newbies on board. It is a lot easier to refer to a colored line than any thing else.I used Sta-set on most of my boat and it is good quality. I used Sta-set x for the main halyard and that stuff is pretty stiff. Unless you are a real fanatic for low stretch, I would stay away from the Sta-set X or equivilant.
